Calico, CA, Thursday, April 21
We stopped at a town called Tehachapi today and got a tehachaberry pie at a little shop called TehachaPIE. Needs a tad more sugar. We also got lunch at a place called Four Seasons. The portions were really small and my sandwich was 90% mayo. Our pup was having a hard time spending so much time in the camper, so we got some calming medications for her. We stopped for the night at the Calico Ghost Town in the Mojave desert. The town mined silver in the past, and we got to explore some of the old buildings and dig sites. It was a cold and windy night.
